Returns and Refund Policy


We want you to love everything you order from us! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make returns quick and hassle-free.


Changed Your Mind?

No worries! You can return items for a refund or online store credit if:

  • You return the item within 30 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • It’s in brand new, re-saleable condition

After 30 days, you’ll receive store credit instead of a refund.


What Can’t Be Returned

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Costumes that show signs of use: makeup, fake tan, pet hair, perfume, body odour, etc.

  • Items that are stretched, torn, damaged, or altered

  • Pet costumes/accessories

  • Bulk/special orders

  • Mystery boxes (full or partial contents)

  • Perishable goods

  • Hosiery, contact lenses

Sealed Packaging Only
The following can only be returned if unopened and in sealed packaging:

  • Socks

  • Eyelashes

  • Makeup

  • Wigs & wig caps

  • Moustaches & beards

  • Teeth, fangs

  • Earrings

  • Prosthetics

If these items are opened or used, they will not be refunded and will be safely discarded.


How to Return Items

  1. Include a copy of your invoice (PDF from confirmation email) or a note with your name, order number, and address.

  2. Pack your items carefully to prevent damage in transit.

  3. Use a trackable shipping method — you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.


Refunds & Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • A 5% restocking fee applies to refunds
    (Store credits are not charged this fee)

We inspect every return carefully. Items returned in poor condition or not meeting our policy may be rejected.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, incorrect, or significantly different from what was described, contact us immediately.
We may ask for photos or videos to verify the issue.
Do not dispose of the item before contacting us — we won’t be able to assist if it’s gone.

If needed, we’ll send you a prepaid return label (at no cost to you).


Faulty Costumes – What Counts?

We’ll refund or replace costumes if they’re not wearable or not fit for use.
These do not qualify for a refund/replacement:

  • Loose threads, minor fraying

  • Slight colour differences

  • Cosmetic marks that can be cleaned

  • Misaligned zippers or missed stitches

  • Reattachable embellishments or buttons

Not happy with the costume? You can still return it under our change of mind policy.


Want to Exchange?

To get the correct size or product quickly:

  1. Place a new order online

  2. Return the original item for a refund using our change of mind process


Return-to-Sender Packages

If your order is returned due to a wrong address or non-delivery:

  • You’ll receive store credit

  • Original shipping & return costs will be deducted

  • The 5% restocking fee applies


What If It Arrives Late?

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
If your order arrives after your event, feel free to return it under our change of mind policy.
